*Operating Sequence:
Print Data Received - Label Printed and Dispensed - Product Detected (or External Signal Received) - Label Smoothed (if applicable)
*Core Working Principle:
A computer sends the print data to the printer. Upon initiating the print job, air blowing and vacuum suction activate simultaneously. Once the suction cup picks up the label, the system awaits a product detection signal from the electric eye (sensor). Upon detection, a pneumatic cylinder extends to press and apply the label onto the product surface, completing one cycle of real-time label printing and application.
